Thanks for reminding me of that wonderful book. I was talking with my cousin about death and dying today as we hiked the Highline Trail. Her Mom died about 2 months ago. Coming into life can be so difficult, but beautiful. Perhaps death is like that.
I would say, “She was the best person I met at work that day. Kind, sweet and funny. I don’t interact with people for a long period of time, so to meet someone like her was a treat. She had a gentleness and positivity about her that I hoped to have someday.”
I have been reading, like I told you I would. I hope you continue to write when things are better. I’ll be here, waiting for the wisdom you share.
