There is a story about how I was named. In the Jewish tradition you have to be named after a dead ancestor, but you can use only the first initial and still honor the person. I was to be named after my grandmother Ida, but my mother thought that was not "American" enough. It was 1935. Had to subscribe to someone called Ina, my grandmother's name and not a name I hear very often. You must be lovely with that name.
